 Alona Tal was born on October 20 1983, is an Israeli actress and singer from Israel. She is well-known for her performances in Veronica Mars as cheerleader Meg Manning, in Supernatural as budding monster hunter Jo Harvelle, as Sonya Lebedenko in the final season of Burn Notice, and in SEAL Team as a grad student Stella Baxter.
